Classic Round
Woven for over a century, the Classic Round Bolga Basket is the origional design that brought the artistry of Northern Ghana's local weavers to the world. Beautiful, exceptionally durable and endlessly versatile, these baskets are made to be used and enjoyed for decades.
Large U-Shape
A more recent evolution of traditional Bolga basketry, the large U-Shape Basket has become one of our most popular designs. Inspired by the classic shopping tote, its comfortable shape makes it easy to carry while offering plenty of room for everyday essentials.
Distinctive tulip shaped sides extend upward to help support taller items like fresh flowers, vegetables, and market finds. Incredibly stylish, beautiful and practical, the Large U-Shape Basket is equally at home at the farmers market, on a shopping trip, or as a statement piece in the home.
Rectangle
The Rectangle Baskets are sold individually but made in sets of 3, like nesting dolls, with small, medium and large sizes. Each basket has a stable, flat bottom and angular sides, making them especially popular for stacking items securely, storing behind the car seat, and fitting in angular spaces.
Double Oval
The Double Oval is our most durable design. Its double-weave means its warp and weft of the basket are woven more tightly, while the wrapped edge and double handles add strength and support. Designed for heavy lifting and everyday durability, this basket is made to last.
The quality of the weaving is particularly beautiful, with some baskets resembling beadwork through their intricate patterns, designs and colors.
Purse
The Purse style is comfortable to carry with thin shoulder straps and a looping latch to close the top. This colorful style is popular for hand free carrying and is a generous enough to carry all the essentials, a water bottle, book and room for what you might pick up throughout your day.
Baby Round Basket
A mini version of the classic Large Round Basket, the Baby Round is a favorite for kids of all ages.
